I only go there because my ins. through my employer will only cover there. Still angry that at times they close due to not having dentists available. YOU'RE A CHAIN DENTAL OFFICE. FIND A DENTIST!!!! However the people there are very nice & professional.

I was very pleased with the care and compassion you provided for Gloria. We came looking for a cleaning appointment three times a year, and expected the Dentist or tech would discuss this plan with us. That was not done, as we checked out the office person presented a plan of care, she asked if this had been discussed with us, it had not been and I asked for a cleaning as provided by our insurance plan, and was told only this plan could be given. They did give me a same-day appt in emergency. Thanks for that. However, my new crown wasn't ready when they said it would be; had to wait another week (3 weeks total). Crown was then put in very slightly off-center leaving a tiny space between tops of 2 front teeth. Others probably won't notice it, but I DO.

called about cheap dentures cause website says starting at 399. called they said we have 399 and up. cheapest set quoted me was 1800. up to 3500. offered me 10% off. if I would of knew this I would not have even wasted my time. false advertising take 399 off you website and don't tell me 2 days before appointment that I can get 399 dentures.

Quoted me $8,500 to restore my teeth. Wanted to extract teeth without attempting to first save natural tooth structure. I got a second opinion at RLJ Dental in Plymouth - who quoted me a little over $3,000 to restore 6 teeth - NOT my entire mouth, which included several extractions, bridges, crowns, and fillings) - that was not necessary. Yesterday, RLJ restored my molar (one of the teeth Aspen wanted to extract) and prepared the tooth for a new crown. very shady. Met with a man that sat me down to explain payment plans and pricing. ASSURED me the only amount that would be out pocket was on the paper in front of me. He queried my insurance while I was sitting there. I asked about doing part of the work in 2014and part in 2015 and he convinced me it was not an issue......"Just sign and we'll give you a beautiful smile" Insurance didn't pay what he said they would in his query. They rescheduled my appointment three times .Once dentist wasn't available at that time! Another time they didn't even have me on a scedule ohh and my filling came out a week later ! Last time i went they greeted me and two other people at the door to tell we can't go in and they have to reschedule us , due to bad gas odor in a building!!!! If you value your time and service you pay for i wouldn't go anywhere near this place, i can't believe it's even open.Horrible

Had a filing put in one day and came out the next. More worried about payment than quality care.
