Dr. Luna is excellent as to his field, answers questions and very friendly. Amanda, the office manager is also a very fine person who keeps the office clicking. In addition, she knows her business and also very friendly. I have suggested friends visit Aspen

I have had very poor teeth for most of my life and I came to Aspen Dental knowing that complete dentures were my only option. I had been going to another local dentist however his prices were extremely high and not something I could afford. What I found at Aspen was a cordial staff, an excellent dentist who talked me through my options. I was able to settle on their very best top-of-the-line dentures and I have been extremely pleased with the service thus far. I have found their overall service to be excellent.

I have to say about two weeks ago on here I did a post about ASPEN Dental and how I was told the office near me was not going to be open to give the free dental for veteran's well I call there main office letting them know how I was feeling about ti I called the other office only to be told I was out of the area for it well that Thursday before the sat event the office manager called me to let me know they was going to honor the event any day i can go in so yes when you call and stand up for something you some times get it a... read more

I went there to get information about dentures. Also had an extraction. They tried to bill my insurance for a surgical extraction when infact it was a simple extraction. When my husband questioned the price, she said “maybe I can do better”. Then changed the code to simple. I am a retired Senior Dental Asst that also helped file insurance claims. I scheduled an appointment because I was feeling pain when chewing. On my online appointment form, I indicated this. I mentioned to every employee I had a conversation with that it felt like my previous aspen dental fillings had come out. The dentist said this was true and I wouldn’t be charged for the replacement fillings. She also indicated I needed other fillings and a higher level cleaning than my free cleaning covered by my insurance . She also asked if I had considered straightening my teeth. Thanks for beating the crap out of my mom aspen dental the giving her ten thousand dollar dentures that the hardware falls out of her gums then you won’t fix it because we are ten minutes late for appointment when we had scheduled eye appointment already before your hardware fell out and had to make emergency visit.
