took my fiance up there to get some work done, they lied about what was covered by the insurance, then didn't even reimburse him the difference, even when the insurance sent them a letter of how much he should get reimbursed. I believe her name is Amanda, she is rude, unhelpful, and has a straight attitude every time she talks to him. for the past 2-3 days she's had to call him back cause she doesn't know how to do anything. definitely WILL NOT BE BACK. and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

if you go to this place in Sherman Texas Dental Place last yr my bill came to $836 and I said that's ok i pay that then in January thay sent me a 2nd bill of $136 on top of my 1st bill it a company that likes putting up your bill thay don't care that just keep adding your bill goes up if thay gave you a bill in the first place and stuck bye that it wood be ok but it's not ok to add more to your bill 2 months after I will never go here again so IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY KEEP AWAY REALLY BAD COMPANY

Worst of the worst. Appt was for a cleaning for my 90 yr old Pops that never happened after being moved to numerous rooms to wait for over 3 hours - and they keep calling for future appointments. I tell them never call again for all the above reasons and they always say, “that is perfectly fine”. No cares whatsoever.

Office staff failed to inform us of what was covered through our insurance during our consultation. Turns out we had a waiting period in effect and were ineligible for the procedure we needed at the time. If we had known, we wouldn't have done the procedure at the time. A FULL YEAR LATER, we have received a bill for over $1,000 for services that we were given to believe should have been covered. Rushed out the door, dismissive of concerns. Receptionists were kind. Actual dentist should go into a field of work where he makes no contact with society

The customer service was great but where i had the issue is i don't have dental insurance so how am i suppose to get help for myself when aspen dental prices are outrageous? Its absolutely ridiculous! Im on the poverty level as far as the government sees me so how are we suppose to get the help we need? Oh wait! Credit care right? Nope!!! Can't get that without amazing credit! So once again i ask "how are people like myself suppose to get ourselves help with our teeth?"
