Aspen dental in sherman will take your money...not finish there work and keep your money...i paid $3500 for some work they said that they could get done in one day..they didnt finish...they didnt do the work and i was never refunded the money...they have owed me for almost a yr now and nothi g but a run around...they are scammers and will ripp you off and lie straight to your face im now having to take them to court for deceptive practice....they are a sorry bunch of dentist they took my money and my smile...dont trust them ... read more

you scheduled me for an appointment for repair , MADE THAT CLEAR UP FRONT , got there AGAIN made clear requesting REPAIR made me undergo an xray that I hate then tell me you dont do repairs but can make appointment at office over 100 miles away < NO THANKS

Before going to aspen I was extremely scared of the dentist now I can not say enough about aspen there service just the whole thing I had 18 teeth pulled and got dentures and I can't find the words to express how happy I am with all of it thank u so much aspen dental for such a good experience

What should have been one visit turned into two VERY LONG visits: Hubby & I made appts for cleaning. Including x-rays, we should have been in & out under an hour. Result: Nearly 5 hours later we had only had our x-rays done & had to make second appts each for the actual cleaning...several weeks later, at which time I made appts for both of us for our 6 month follow-up only because this office is the only Dentist in our area that takes our insurance or we would not have ret... When you are in lots of pain they have no appointments, I was told couldn't I just take the new denture, that they made bigger than my old denture that had lost 4 teeth and spit in half and was only a little over a year old... I got the new one Tuesday, so couldn't I just take it out from Friday till next Wednesday when they had an opening

Dr Luna is great but his staff is lacking. No clue on how to run office I really don't want to find another dentist but I won't return. It's like all of his employees just graduated totally inexperienced. I hope it's not indicative of the college they attended but I think it is. A course in how one should prepare for the patients scheduled for the day might help but I doubt it. I did appreciate not being charged when they didn't listen when I tried to explain my insurance to them. Of course my estimate was way off. No clue.

I have not had a chance to check them out. I stay away from dentist and that is my biggest problem. I found out that gas makes the visit sort of ok but Aspin does not use gas. Don't think I will be with them long.

They were very nice and efficient but their prices were 3x the amount of another I had done previous so I went back to them. I felt deceived from their commercial.

I'm so beyond disappointed with this place! I was set up for a 2 part cleaning visit for 91$ fluoride gel for 39$ and prescription toothpaste for 28$ they told me the only thing covered was the fluoride. And charged my card for the 119$ then told me I had to have a crown and my insurance wouldn't cover the core build up (cavity cleaning) that is a must before they could put the crown on and I would have to pay 265$ This didn't sound right to me so I called my Cigna dental and they told me it was covered and so was everything... read more
