I had oral surgery and requested sedation. The doctor was awesome he prepped me and didn't feel anything when the IV was placed. He asked me questions and explained the process very comprehensively. After I got home, he called to see how I was doing and said to call him if I had any questions or discomfort. And all this with his cell phone. The nurses were excellent, very knowledgeable and amiable. I was very comfortable during the whole process.
I went to Aspen in an emergency situation when my other dentist jerked me around for 2 months on extracting a severely infected tooth. The office was extremely accommodating and had me scheduled the next day for the extraction. The doctor was so pleasant and friendly and the procedure was virtually painless (Except for numbing agents, but then again who likes having a needle stuck in their mouth) 40 minutes into the extraction visit and I was finished, the doc even noticed a ... highly Recommend. Dr. Nancy was awesome! she talked to me like a human and not another tooth to rip open lol. i figured i was gonna be in alot of pain during everything. but i couldn't feel a thing. she tore at my roots like a boss! lol. they were all nice in the operating room. did everything quick, clean and fast as possible. and thats with me having a hidden molar root in my tooth.(think thats what it was?) said she hasn't seen one in ten years. so she did pretty good for not doing it in ten years, and im in no pain at all. my numbing is a... read more
