scam artist they are the McDonald's of dental
I felt like I went to the car dealer for an oil change and was pressured to buy a new car. Thinly vailed pressure sales.
This office violated the AMA privacy statement and patient bill of rights in front of me by discussing the social security number of another patient at the front desk not once but twice in my presence. When I spoke up about it, I was told that was not what I heard except the receptionist's exact words were. " I have their social, ×××-××-××××". My 15 year old son was standing next to me as well.
To be more truthful about what they can and cannot do for a visit.
This place is a total Scam. Very unprofessional dentists and the Office Manager is incompetent to say the least. She is rude, irate and has no customer service skills whatsoever. After making an 11am appointment to have my front tooth bonded I got there signed in and waited till 1pm to be seen at which time I was told that I could not have the bonding done unless I had a cleaning which would cost me $400.00. I refused the cleaning and stated I came for the bonding. They said NO they would not do the bonding unless I paid for... read more
RecommendedThe staff is nice and friendly but, you will wait regardless if u have an appointment or are a walk in . For both my appointments I waited over 30min in waiting room not including the time in the dentist chair.

There would be more stars because the dentists and the other staff were very nice but the finance department...... how do they expect u to come up with that kind of money if they are not going to help u
The dentistry is not to bad I went the other day for a broken tooth was there 4 hours took X-rays and filled 3 have to go back in 6 weeks for a root canal to get the broken tooth repaired an then a crown. And is it typical for a cleaning to last only less than 5 minutes at our old dentist they really cleaned your teeth. It sucks when you loose your insurance and have to go to a chain dentist

Appalled! This office was so negligent today with my husband that if he hadn't questioned them he could have died in their office today. After being told by family doctor that he had an abscessed tooth , he went to Aspen. After 4 visits where nothing was done until third visit because surgeon needed x-rays and then he needed two rounds of antibiotics, waiting to get clearance from cardiologist since he had a heart attack 2months ago, the cardiologist refusing to clear, Aspen calls my husband yesterday and tells him cardiolog... read more
