Absolutely ridiculous. Waited on hold for 38 minutes, to finally walk into the office AS I AM STILL ON HOLD for their staff to be doing……nothing. Literally nothing. Calls come in they immediately put them on hold and carry on without conversations. Unreal. Even better, I made my appts with my children’s birth dates as a requirement and they call me THE NIGHT BEFORE to say we need to cancel because they don’t take children. 1. According to news your computer system was hacked what are you doing for your customers? 2. my husband and i travel 8 months out of the year, thats why we chose Aspen. Went to the Aspen Dental in Stroudsburg PA and was told, since we had never been to "their dentist" we would have to have x rays, full exam etc. like a new patient. "Its how we do it" We have been to Aspen Dentist all over the USA and never had to have a "new patient" exam. Aspen dental is the worse experience I ever had with a dentist. My first visit with Aspen dental started on January. I was evaluated and they extracted some tooth. I got temporary partial denture on top and bottom. I lost a bridge of two teeth because of the rubbing of the partial denture. My temporary denture doesn’t fit correctly. I make an appointment and Aspen dental changes it without notifying me. It’s November 29 and I am still waiting for my permanent denture. I am sorry, but I am never going to Aspen Dental ever again. I had an appointment yesterday at 3 pm. Showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early like you are supposed to. I was supposed to have an annual exam and cancer screening. I also wanted to have my dentures relined since I was there for an appointment anyway. I paid in advance $129. I honestly believe this place does unnecessary work just to collect on your insurance. I went here I got 4 crown was told they would all be covered then got a bill for 1400. I called to ask about this the submitted a "ticket to corporate" told me to call back later in the week I have called back several time threw the last two weeks no one picks up even left a message no one called me back. I also have to get a root canal on one of the crowns they did. I can't chew on or drink anything cold or hot on that tooth. I can't af... read more
I went there to get dentures I had no top teeth and I had 9 teeth pulled on the bottom the top dentures still don't fit after going back 9 times I ask them to make a new top dentures they said they would do a reline I told them I have a over bite an my teeth don't match up I can even eat with them I am going to call tomorrow an ask them to either make me a new top dentures or give me back my money there a sign that said denture money back guarantee

I would have appreciated if they had told me that my 6pm appointment was going to be 6:45! I sat in the chair and waited for 35 minutes until I finally said enough! If I had a choice I would never go there again. They try to charge you for services they didn't even do.
Went in 1 year ago for a crown. The crown felt off in exactly 1 year. Went back to have it re-glued, after they told me no charge, well, I paid $123 because they said the examination cost that and they didn't disclose that on the phone or at the beginning of the appointment. They waited to the end when they take me aside to a little room to sell me again "Deep Cleaning" for over $1,000 dollars when mine was done there, less than 1.8 years ago.... the place is a scam.
