Made an unpleasant experience better.
I am harassed every time I get to the office about paying for the balance of my bill that insurance covers. I always pay what I am responsible for. The office submits it to the insurance company incorrectly, then expects me to pay what my insurance company covers! I was told by the dentist that I will be put in collections. Not my fault that its submitted wrong
staff and dentist were very courteous and thorough, however, i was asked to wait for an estimate and after 15 mins had to leave, was told it would be emailed to this address and as of 10;21 sat morning still do not have and the appointment was thurs at 1 pm
only needed a denture repair and was set up to get a tooth x ray and exam. the work on the denture was quite good. I still may need an adjustment but am waiting to see if my mouth will adjust.
Aspen Dental took advantage of an individual who had a great deal of pain and therefore, willing to pay anything for relief and treatment.
