I found the hygienist's "bedside manner" and professionalism most impressive. The dentist himself was a bit brusque and not sympathetic to my "dentist-phobia" but the rest of the staff made up for it. The wait was long, but that was only because I was late so I had to wait for a break in the schedule.

I am a senior citizen and in all my years of dental experiences I had never recieved such wonderful care , concern, respect and proffessionalism as I was given at Aspen Dental ! The entire staff , dental assistants and drs. treated me so very kindly that I will forever remember and praise the service you all provide. I can't thank you all enough🤭😁

Went to the Camillus office to get a tooth pulled. Normal routine nothing to hard,but some bits of the tooth had migrated to my sinus. The Dr took an x-ray, had the oral surgeon look at it and gave instructions what to do at home. Seemed concerned for my health. Very professional and caring staff. If I have to go to the dentist, they are a great place to go.

Very friendly environment. The Dental hygienist is the best in the world..
Just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday and they hooked me up with everything i needed. Dental First Financing isnt too bad you just gotta make sure you make big enough payments so the interest doesnt bite you in the butt. The procedure was professional and fast. I have all the medication and antibiotics i could need.
