Although I think staff was very friendly, and I did not have to wait long to been seen, I would not recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever return. They were very misleading and their prices are extremely high. I went in for an exam. They did the exam and took xrays. They told me about some procedures that I needed to have done, showed me an electric toothbrush, and put me on a treatment plan. Then handed me a bill for $500. I questioned what the $500 was for since I have insurance. I was told it was for my future pr... read more

Had son checked at 16 for cavities... They said he had 16 cavities, and wanted almost 3k to fill... 1 week later a private Dentist ...NO CAVITIES even saw the Xrays Still at 18 no cavities... DONT PAY THESE CROOKS A DIME without a second opinion or at least a look at the real Xrays
I will never use Aspen Dental or Refer anybody I know to them. They don't work with you on payments. I needed a filling fixed that they put in and it was loose. They wanted to charged me $220.00 and I wanted to make payments and they choose not to do that with me. When I had it originally done I was able to make payments had it paid off in less than 3 months. So with that I did not get the filling fixed, going to find another dentist that will work with me since I don't have dental insurance,.
Be sure to get second opinions. I was told I needed $1900 out of pocket worth of work done. Saw a new dentist went in for a consult to see if they said the same thing, the only thing they stated is that I had 2 old fillings that I would probably want to replace sooner than later. They asked why I was coming for a consult, told them a new dentist I was seeing told me: heavy teeth grinder, 4 caps needed, 2 cavities and night guard. The 2nd opinion dr looked shocked! Said, no sign of grinding, no cavities and they did do xrays,... read more
Went in for a cleaning and to discuss getting my cavities filled and wisdom teeth pulled. I showed up fifteen minutes early and somehow was there for a cleaning for over an hour and a half - almost missing another appointment. Which was surprising since there were so few people in the waiting room. They charged me $39 up front for the appointment, then told me at the end that my insurance covered everything - but never offered a refund on my overpayment. I did get a fluoride treatment mouthwash worth $27, but I took the hit ... read more
I wish I had read some of the reviews before I went there. After nine months of not being able to eat anything but soft food I am totally disgusted with their treatment. Apparently they don't know how to fit dentures and will not do anything to remedy the situation.
I will be passing the word, Do Not Go There! So bad! We're getting our money back. Husband started in January for a lower denture, lousy job, they never adjusted right, he was eating the other night, it broke in half.
So the Dr hands me my script and I look at him and say, "I can't take this, did you not read my file? It'll mess with my ulcers and the meds I'm currently taking." He blows it off pretty much says suck it up and take the pills. Well knowing I've been told by several doctors not to take that med I called my doctor.. if I would have taken the meds that the incompetent so called doctors prescribed me it would have caused internal bleeding from 2 different places, by the time I would have realized I would have been dead so lucki... read more
Christine Shultis-Hoffman November 11 at 9:29am · Just a little venting..... My daughter went to ASPEN DENTAL yesterday with a bad tooth. They wanted $600.00 to pull a tooth !!!!!! Then called in an antibiotic to the pharmacy which cost $100.00 and nothing for pain. I called them this morning to have them call her in something different that didn't cost so much and this was her response..." The Dr will not change the script its not our problem your insurance doesn't cover it and there will be no pain meds called in she can d... read more
