Computer/scheduling system has been “down” since I made my appointment a month and a half before this posting. I get it, it happens. Still down when we came in today. I scheduled an appointment for an exam and cleaning. My teeth are in good condition, and I get regular check ups, just wanted a new place. Went in, had a very thorough set of x-rays, herded to an exam room. Your falsely charging new patients for exams and X-rays that are stated to be Free. For 4 months you and your staff keep lying about canceling out charges every time a call is placed. Trust me, the Better Business Bureau will be getting detailed information and screenshots. Your trying to ruin people’s credit. DO NOT GO HERE! FALSE ADVERTISING ON FREE EXAMS AND X-RAYS! SCAM!

Awful billing process. They twice incorrectly billed me. Husband went and had a tooth pulled on Thursday before Memorial Day. Went back the following Tuesday, waited for an hour and a half before walking out. They said he had to be considered a walk in. He was an emergency based on extraction the Thursday before. Don't every trust they are doing and billing what they are supposed to.
I’m sorry but all I can say about this place is HELL NO. Waited an hour and a half PAST my scheduled appt. free exam and x-rays? Yeah, because they didn’t even do an exam and the x Ray was of FOUR teeth. Last time I checked, a full exam and set of x rays meant they actually x Ray ALL of your teeth and check your whole mouth! very unfair to there employees, alot of favoritism, and people dont want to work and help patients they just complain. unprofessional atmosphere. dont recommend
