Not impressed and will not be back. Poor communication and lack of responses.
This place is a chop shop sorta speak..in too much of a hurry for your money and on with the next patients..not 100% satisfied team GO!
I was very impressed with the total experience . Everyone was very nice and very professional .
I Went in for a cleaning and felt that the new tech was just in a hurry to get me done and get on to the next patient. For the first time since I started going here, I felt like I didn't get a good cleaning and that I was rushed through. Hopefully, the next cleaning goes better or I will be looking for another Dental Office where they don't make you feel rushed or pushed through!
Please take your business elsewhere. I had my wisdom teeth removed, absolutely awful experience. And once I made it past the surgery I am still fighting the billing process two years later. I paid cash up front and my insurance was to cover the rest. I've been calling the place weekly for the past two years to get the papers the insurance needs to pay the claim, have yet to receive a call back. Absolutely disgusted with the experience I had.
Not impressed with them myself they did a filling and don't think they got it all filled but the ins I had would only pay for that place
I'm only giving 4 stars for the work that was done. Now the billing part, that's a whole other story. I didn't have insurance so I had to pay up front which is fine. They had me set up for a surgical extraction which is $230.(fine) When the dentist got finished pulling the tooth she told me that we didn't have to do a surgical extraction...my response was...great. a week goes by and I call and ask about was there a credit posted to my account because it was a basic extraction. It's not been a good experience so far.
Stay away from this place at all cost. They are the buy here pay here used car lot of the dentist world. Set up an appointment to get a bad tooth pulled (two weeks of pain) got in there and they came in and started looking in my mouth. Took some readings and ex rays. Then some guy comes in and says "we can fix all the stuff wrong with your mouth. We just need you to go see our finance person." I told them I just want the bad tooth pulled.
