I was impressed with the people .the level of knowledge was great . I'm not sure about pricing, I don't have any way to compare.
I was quoted twelve hundred dollars after my (good) dental insurance for a deep clean and two extractions. I called my insurance and they said more was covered, but Aspen would not call to confirm. They said they would try by mail which would take up to 45 days. I went to another dentist in town who did my deep clean (including antibiotics) for $186 after insurance. Aspen also tried to add a $130 toothbrush to my account without telling me. Look for hidden fees. These people are crooks.
I have been sitting here in the exam room for 35 or 40 minutes with no comunication. 10 more minutes and I am out of here.
I need to have my teeth pulled and dentures. I had X-rays and consultation. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. I was not able to have any work done due to my insurance not covering very much and I wasn't able to obtain a loan. I will use Aspen Dental when I can afford to
I had a tooth pulled 3 weeks ago, my tongue and bottom lip are both still numb. I've had teeth pulled before, this is the first time this has happened. It's hard to eat, drink, swallow, etc... My tongue hurts all the time, it gets worse when I try to use it, swallowing, drinking, etc... My gum hurts around where the tooth was pulled too. I've tried Tylenol, aspirin, Advil, even Percocet, nothing helps the pain. You'd think the pain and numbness would have at least lightened up!
I had a tooth pulled went ok till it started to heal. That Indian doctor poke and pry it free only to damage the other tooth. Everyday I'm in condense pain. I take about half a bottle of Tylenol and Orajel on a daily basis. People who give a 5 Star review are absolute idiots
Very first visit to get my teeth cleaned went ok, but then I went back to get fillings cause they said I had 3 cavities. I am in more pain now than what I ever was and will not be back. I am currently looking for a new dentist.
I loved Dr. Prabhu she was very meticulous and gentle, but Dr. Philips was rough and bruised my mouth so bad. He didn't use enough novocaine. So when I told him I could feel the cold he put more limelite which I was charged extra for. I wish I would have requested to only have Dr. Prabhu. Also the assistant Suzie or Suzanne is very old school with her technique which hurts alot more than the new way.
