I had a very good experience with Aspen. The staff is so friendly. They did a really good job! Would recommend them to anyone.
Went to terre haute Indiana aspen dental for dentures and told them and the manger I only wanted what insurance would pay for 1120 dollars bill I got and this when I went when they had computer trouble and start changing stuff over. But got first bill called Terre Haute office and their manager said it back to me I only wanted what insurance would pay and she would get it fix. Do not go to aspen dental they are crooks. Took my kid in got a quote for in network doc and they then had out of network doc work on my kid and billed us 3x what we were quoted with no extra work done from the quote.
They didn’t seem to care how much pain they put me through while extracting teeth. I’m having a hard time getting my prescription filled. This has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all the way around!!!!

Do what the client asks for. I have come in twice in last few years for teeth cleaning. Everytime Aspen Dental wants to PLAN for action. Always wants to set me up for a action plan. This insures you have to spend a lot of money before you ever get your teeth cleaned.Will Not come in again.

You shouldn't advertise walkin if you wont see the person for 4 days. I had a tooth chiped Saturday early morning. I just wanted a filling before it gets worse. I thought Aspen was supposed to be for...
I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in a medical facility and for that matter a public facility. I was given an appointment in a very timely manner, however later was told that was from the New York call center, and they were not aware of the actual schedule at this place. X-rays were taken then I was led to room for my painful wait while no exam room doors were utilized, I listened while staff members shouted out to each other on multiple occasions.Sometimes it was request for equipment others, personal jabs. My hygenist was very nice, cleaned my teeth, and found nothing wrong. I made another appointment for a cleaning and check up. I'd recommend!

i would never recommend aspen dental to anyone. my family has had an awful experience there. they completely messed up my fillings on my right side and my teeth are severely sensitive because they aren't filled correctly. dr.roshel who i now go to said her dog could do better fillings then them. then aspen told me i would never have to worry about getting my wisdom teeth because they would never come in but i have all 4 coming in right now and to top it off they told my stepdad that he had oral cancer when he didn't at all. ... read more
