Staff was very nice and friendly. Very courteous. I felt very comfortable there. And the staff was -- REAL, you know what I mean? They weren't like cardboard cutouts with smiles painted on their face. They actually made me feel like they we're happy to be there and help in any way they could; dentally speaking of course (for you weird-asses out there). I would give them a 10-star/A-plus rating. It was ok they all made me fee comfortable looking forward to going back and getting some things taken care of
office just opened.staff was all friendly, and very courteous dentist did not wear a mask when he came in to see me , and was only there with me a minute tor two. should always wear a mask when examining patients. hygienist was very good,,and so was other staff. the whole process of coming in and leaving on the initial exam, took 3 hour, which was long. would probably go more efficiently next time. overall, a good, but not great experience.
my self and my husband had denal work done. we paid the bill. after having told that was the complete amount. three months ago we both recieved bills. we've tried calling. no response, we went in and we're told they would contact us still nothing. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!!
Very Disappointed. First of all, Dentist and Staff did a good job. Satisfied there. When my dental needs were determined and cost explained, I specifically and emphatically said I needed a total cost for my lower partial denture because I'm retired, social security is only income, and would need financial assistance (Care Credit). The finance dept tried several times to charge me more saying the initial cost they gave was only an estimate. If I could pick zero stars I would. This is completely outrageous and immoral. went for a wisdom tooth removal and my statement balance was $1,782.20 During my wisdom tooth removal the dentist Dr Hill chipped one of my upper right molars. Aspens systems were down and they couldn't access my past X-rays that I just got 2 week prior to my extraction appointment which is their problem not mine but I can assure you my tooth was not chipped prior to surgery.
