Tried to schedule an appointment for a deep cleaning but they refused to schedule us in the allotted time needed. We live 1 hour away and don’t want to make two trips after already being diagnosed with periodontal disease we wanted to have a deep cleaning directly after the first exam. The front desk kept saying she wasn’t allowed to schedule the appointments but having worked for a dental office, the front desk is supposed to be in charge of appointments. They wanted to get off with just a basic exam and cleaning but with i... read more

I’ve sent people to you’ll after having mixed results with my dentures! They said you’ll are rude. Never call them back. Treat us like lepars if we can’t afford your 4,000 dollar dentures! For only the tops! 85 to pull one tooth! No break on multiple teeth extractions. Personnel were so caring and kind. Now; it’s all strangers. I’m so sad that I’ve sent folks there and they walked away sad and hurt.

Scheduled an appointment for my son to have his cleaning 3 weeks ago. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning that would take 2 appointments. The first appointment was rescheduled by Aspen Dental and we were told that the cleaning could be done in one appointment now. Today, the appointment was cancelled. None if this is the issue. The issue is that the appointment was paid in full at the time of scheduling and now the refund has to be done outside the office and will not go out for 3 to 4 weeks. So, no, I do not recommend t... read more

I live in an hour and 15 minutes away and confirmed my appointment twice through email and wants through text message. They still canceled my appointment because they said they didn't get ahold of me through the phone and couldn't leave me a voice message because my voice message wasn't set up. That's a lie first off my voicemail works. I did not get any voicemail saying I needed to call because apparently their email confirmation and text confirmation is not acceptable and the only way they accept that you are coming to the... read more

Not at all! Would not even allow to be checked after teeth pulled until all antibiotics were taken. Makes no sense. Ended going to another dentist and having surgery for parts of teeth that were left in. Double cost to patient because first job wasn’t performed correctly

I was there for evaluation to see what work I need in November Or December 2018. After xrays, having my gums checked, etc., they had me wait for the finance person. I told her I would make an appointment after I applied for a Care Credit card to pay for it. I got sick in December & finally felt well enough to make an appointment. The lady that answered said she'd call me when she found out from the doctor where they wanted to start with me. I never heard from them. I called again & Danielle told me the same thing & she would... read more

Very unprofessional! After grinding my tooth with a device and giving me meds and telling me what needed to be done a few days later than said she didn’t know nothing and we couldn’t go on what she advised me the other day! I had been having a lot of pain as she had the light on her forehead and was talking to me I asked her to please turn it off she then got upset and asked me to find someone else to help me with my needs! Definetly would not recommend
