Stay away! I also have a signed contract for a prepaid service that was paid in full BEFORE THE PROCEDURE! Many calls not returned, 1 in person visit so far...no resolution. This outstanding balance is $800.00! STAY CLEAR!

I recommend staying as far away from this place as you can. This is a completely mismanaged facility, a total mess. High employee turnover, poor customer service. I was screwed around for nearly a year on an outstanding balance that was NOT my responsibility as I had paid in full BEFORE THE PROCEDURE! After MANY calls not returned, and MANY in person visits, where no one could or would offer any answers, I found not a single person in this establishment or its management/ownership would straighten this out. All the dentist did was look at my xrays. It was my first visit, he looked in my mouth for less than a minute. All he wanted to do was put crowns on my teeth to the tune of $8000.00. I had to point out the tooth that was bothering me, which he would have seen if he actually examined my teeth. The girls were great, they did a better job than the dentist. I will not return.

I contacted Aspen and we went in there 2 check into dentures. My husband it had the majority of his teeth pulled already and was left with only a couple teeth on top. The lady that took my initial info over the phone quoted me a price of $875 but on TV the price listed that it started at $350. The dentist look things over gave us her recommendations and then we met with the financial guy who told us that the cheapest ones would be $2,100 and the most expensive would be $3,200. WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF POSSIBLY GOING HERE. My visit started out great. The people I worked with were very nice. Dentist was humorous and caring. Then I got a bill for $500 something for service that was discussed but had not had done yet including an extra charge for a treatment that was never done. Plus I had tooth pain for 4 weeks following a simple filling. I’ve been going there for only a month now and it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. To start, I’ve had 3 appointments now cancelled, one of them being my first appointment. I then had a root canal done through a specialist ( thankfully) and then had an appointment to start a bridge before the new year (insurance purposes). One star only because we have to put something in. My husband went today in West Bend. Waited over an hour after his scheduled appointment until anything was actually done. Dentist seemed upset the entire time. Tried calling the on-call doctor and left 4 messages with answering service with no call back. Canceling remainder of our appointments and requesting a refund for them since they already charged us for work that was not even done yet. SO disappointed in this business. Will take our business somewhere else.
