I have a fear if dentists because my past.. and now they made it worse. my insurance says its 100 percent covered and aspen dental saying its not a horrible new dentist she didn't do ym filling right i. still I. pain.
I had dental work done through Aspen starting in 2018. Since then it has been nothing but headaches. Every time I step foot into the building there’s a new charge that I was never aware of. On top of the quality of their work being extremely poor. Never thought I would have to double check a dentists work... but I guess there’s a first for everything. 0/10. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went in with my 4 and 5 yr old and found out they don't have pediatric dentists. I guess that should have been the first thing I asked when I called, but I figured they'd tell me that when I was making the appointment. Then the way they did ex-rays on them was horrible. My kids were gagging and crying and it probably took 20 minutes to even get through that part. I even hated the way they did it. Very uncomfortable. I have been going to this office for several years and even when I moved over an hour away I decided to continue making the drive all the way out here as i previously have had good experiences. After my recent terrible experiences, I will never go back. I have had 2 appointments canceled on me without any warning in the last 2 years and I only go to 2 appointments a year (so 50%). My advice would be to go somewhere else.
Lower you price, you have a staff member that does the Dentist job, you x-ray your patience and then take pictures with a new device.
The front desk staff was so welcoming when I came in. They explained the process of my new patient appointment and what was going to happen. There were no surprises and everyone explained my treatment to me thoroughly so that I understood everything. They are great!

I have a friend who just got dentures there and the bottom ones are hurting his mouth. these are the temporary ones & they are rubbing sores in his mouth. he went in once to get them adjusted but they still aren't right. when he called to try and get in for another adjustment, they told him to deal with it!
They listen to you and don't push stuff on you if you don't want it. First time visit get exam and x-rays free where it will cost hundreds elsewhere.
