They have fucked up my crown three times now, can't even make an appointment correctly, and now want to charge me even more for work I have already paid off 6 months ago that they haven't finished. Don't be a patient here if you can help it.

They tried to charge me 3500 for work I didn't even need! I went for a second opinion and the dentist found noe of what they said. Its a scam!

1 dentist in the whole building. Had appointment for 1230 and yet still waited 2 hours to be seen. while in pain with a dry socket. extremely poor service. it's a corporation chain. they could give 2 shits about you. nickle and dime you. please don't go here!!!! worst place ever. and let alone I honestly think they just add stuff on your service that u truly don't need at that time. !!!

Because I had an appointment at 3 got there early didn’t leave until 510 just to get a tooth pulled they numbed my mouth said they’d be back didn’t come back for over 35 minutes had to be renumbed they said we got busy should finish with the people who were there first I’m seriously looking fir another dentist

horrible new dentist thought she cared about people but she doesn't. messed up my filling and knew she did and hasn't fixed it in 3 months and I'm still in pain. I have no epnerfine but they keep giving it to me. and she can get sued for that.

I have switched dentists immediately. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment before walking out. It was not communicated that they were running behind until I asked after 30 minutes. There should have at least been communication. Secondly - my husband visited this clinic and when he was leaving him exam they asked if he had an electric toothbrush. He said no. On Valentine’s morning, my mom who has Alzheimer’s dementia starting in late stage, was eating her Rice Krispies for breakfast when a front tooth fell off her upper plate denture. I just heard a horrible experience my friend had — trying to get her moms dentures fixed. The mother has Alzheimer’s and Aspen in west bend REFUSED to fix it— without making her mom come in. She called another olace and they took care of it. They said Aspen is to teeth as cost cutters is to hair. I know this friend and she is so kind— so for her to complain on facebook— it took alot of courage.
Don't treat me like a customer.
