Incredible. That is the only way to describe my experience with everyone I came in contact with there. I chipped my tooth and my normal dentist couldn't squeeze me in, I had heard positive things about Aspen so thought I'd check them out. My experience at the WSP Aspen Dental was phenomenal. All of the staff are super friendly and they all work together. If one sees something that needs to be done or that someone needs a hand the jump in and help each other. They are great about working around your schedule. Huge thanks to Stacy, Casandra and Chris for putting my $ maker back together!
Had 1st appointment. Absolutely Love the people there! Very professional but also caring and understanding. Highly recommend this clinic. smile emoticon

I went to Aspen dental in March. Even with dental coverage my bill was way over the $3,100 loan. I've been paying the loan faithfully and I've been paying Aspen dental directly for the almost $800 difference. I've been paying faithfully every month since March. and they reported me to a collection agency. Even when I paid double payments the last few months. and they still report me to a collection agency!! how can they do that when you're paying faithfully? I suffer from complex PTSD and I made the staff aware before hand. I could not have asked for a more gentle, compassionate treatment. I have Addison's disease which leaves my body very slow to heal. I walked in this morning after seeing that they take walk-ins and emergencies on their website. Have a crown that came off over the weekend and an exposed nerve; after talking with Skyway Dental in St Paul (when Aspen couldn't see me) and getting scheduled for emergency oral surgery this afternoon. Have been in pain 2 days.
