Over the summer, I had back to back appointments to get a bunch of cavities filled. Now I hate dentist's to begin with. I will say, my dentist was very friendly, and went above and beyond to try to keep me comfortable. However, it's not enough to excuse the god awful work she did on my teeth. I had a broken flipper, which is like a partial denture for appearances only. They were able to repair my flipper in just one day and I have my smile back. I'm 71 now and my teeth are failing so I intend to use Aspen Dental to make regular dentures later this year.

Very 1st appointment there. Signed in at the front desk. There was no acknowledgement or welcome from the people sitting in the same room. No updates on expected wait time. Left 30 min after my appointment time. Not one word was said the entire time. Very poor customer and co worker service (I say this as there is a provider in the back planning his day to see me and they did nothing to make me want to stay longer) and need lessons on service recovery.
The dentist office is not my favorite place to be, but courteous staff members make the visit very comfortable. My dentist Dr. Kaur is highly skilled, and has made my dental experience a pleasant one..
I have been tolerating a brutal toothache for a month and have no insurance so the free exam and X-rays drew me in but I wanted that throbbing molar out but no, went back home with it because payment plan turned out to be a down payment on an over 300 dollar extraction with balance due day of procedure. No can do. Why do they think I drove miles for free stuff?
Seemed like they were up-selling me more than I needed and then requested 50% upfront money just to make an appointment. Lost my trust.
For my first visit, I scheduled a regular annual cleaning and exam at Aspen Dental West St. Paul. I arrived and was greeted promptly by the receptionist.
