Terrible customer service. My wife was billed for a procedure she never had done. She has been calling to resolve the issue for months and every time the girl who handles the billing is "unavailable." She has never received a call back. They have now sent the bill to collections. Complete joke of a company. Do better

When we first went there for my back right molar being literally cracked in half and being in pain from it we had told them right off the bat for no crown or root canal because last time I had a root canal done at an Aspen Dental my tooth literally turned GREEN from it and it was just crumbling apart. We got there and I sat in the chair instantly comes the lady saying we need to either do a crown or root canal and she had a horrendous attitude.
