So from my previous review it has only gotten worse from Us having to cancel the oral surgeon and get our money back and that took 2 days just to get our money back because they only sent us back the 20 out of 130. Now I have made an appointment with the oral surgeon who took out my wisdom teeth from a different establishment. They have called me telling me that Aspen is NOT answering any of there phone calls or emails for my dental referral because they can only pull my tooth with the referral. I was supposed to have a hygienist appointment today. I got a call 2 hours before the appointment saying I never confirmed and so they cancelled it. I gave them proof I did confirm after which they changed their story that the hygienist's schedule had changed. They told me I would have to rebook but that they have no openings for 3 months. I understand stuff happens and people have to change schedules, but I'm angry that they first tried to lie to me and blame me for the change in schedule.
