I was very happy with the office staff, but it is very sad that after ten months of waiting for my permanent dentures, I am once again wearing my temporaries. The new teeth I came home with last night, are crooked and hurt my mouth. I told the dentist that they weren't right and she told me they are lined up with the lowers. Then why can't I place then in my mouth without being in pain and they are so lopsided that they sit slanted down to the right!!!! I want then fixed or my money back!!!! These people are so kind, patient, gentle compassionate, and I just can't say enough good things about them. I have a major fear and anxiety of the dentist and they are slowly making it go away. Go see them in Zephyrhills, it is worth the visit.
I had my first tooth ever pulled yesterday. They allowed my mom to go back there with me. And did a wonderful job of trying to calm me while numbing my gums. I didn't feel any of the process of the tooth being pulled. Wonderful job!
