My experience here was great the staff and everyone treated me with respect and actually cared about me even though I do not have insurance like most companies do thanks a lot aspen !
Well I had my first visit on September 29th. I dont much care for the dentist office but I must say that everyone there was very pleasant from the Samantha at the check-out dest to the dentist Dr. Edenson and his lead assistant Suzanna . I also had the opportunity to meet the lab tech Socaratis who listened to my desires for my teeth. I can honestly say that my experience there was a good one and yes I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work. Thanks guys for making my visit a good one.

My first consultation was amazing the dentist and assistants were cracking up with me and made me feel at ease. When I got my filling today everything was wonderful and I am so happy with my new smile!
Had an appointment on Wednesday evening 2 weeks in a row. They called the day before to cancel the appointment say that they were double booked. Used the same excuse both times. Office manager is pathetic and needs to get it together.
Went in for a tooth filling. Wanted to charge me 6,500 for several other things. Just went a few months ago to my dentist in Indiana, everything was fine then. Finally said they would fix my tooth only after paid 1,000 dollars for a cleaning.
Avoid this office as much as possible. The worst experience ever with a dental office. They explained nothing. Had to call the main office for help and then they removed our insurance and are expecting us to pay full price for everything. Office workers hang up on you. They are also charging for procedures we never had. Shady business practices at this office.
April 2020-Refused to give me antibiotics for an abscess stating couldn’t do it due to pandemic. Told me they had to extract teeth. Supposedly they checked my insurance plan and told me I owed nothing that my insurance covered it. In pain with a very swollen face, I agreed Two days later face still swollen after procedure and ran a temp 103. Now they ordered antibiotics. When a patient comes in for a repair you should let it be known that your lab could possibly mess the plate up so bad that one would not be able to wear it. Also to claim you advised this to the patient is a blatant lie. You've taken money and rendered awful service. I wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental to my worst enemy. It's that terrible.
