Working with Melissa was truly a pleasure. She was very warm and approachable and explained everything clearly. She communicated with me every step of the way and always returned my calls and emails. Melissa was very helpful in answering any and all questions I had. She helped take the intimidation out of buying my first home. Melissa met with my husband and I and reviewed our options. She wrote everything down for us to take with us and make a decision at home. There was no pressure. Once we made a decision Melissa and her assistant, Vickie worked hard to set our plan in place. They kept us abreast of the process and answered our questions quickly. We used Teresa at Atlantic Bay Mortagae in Myrtle Beach when purchasing our first home recently. Teresa was there every step of the way and was upfront and honest about the process. Being that we lived 10 hours away in Pennsylvania when we bought at the beach Teresa was more than helpful. If you need the best lender to handle your home purchase don’t hesitate to call. She will not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and has a Southern charm when working with you.

Our lender did an excellent job. Very attentive and always looked out for our best interests. Always available for any questions or concerns we could either call or text him and he would always get back. We really appreciate all his work .and his time with our family. Nikki and her team went sooooo above and beyond to get my mortgage done and get me to the table ad quickly as they could! I had and issue w/another lender at very last minute.... and without her and her team im not sure what would have happened. She had evetything done and we were sitting at closing i. 10 days! WOW!! Theo is professional, kind and patient! He was so great to work with and I am glad that I used him. He was very knowledgeable and always looked out for your best interest when it came to or loans. This was my first purchase and it wasn’t an easy process but Theo was always there for me every step of the way. He is informative and friendly and I could count on him always. We worked with Brandy to purchase our first home. She was accessible, prompt in response, and professional. She made the process fun and enjoyable. Our closing was well organized and expedient. Any time we had a question or concern Brandy was available and spent as much time talking with us as we wanted. If we ever refinance or purchase another home we will most definitely use Brandy.
