Melissa and VIckie were great to work with. They helped every step of the way and were very responsive to questions and requests. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation. I also appreciated Vickie coming to closing. It was very nice to finally meet the person that had helped to get the loan approved.
Melissa is no relation and we did not know her before need this loan. She was very easy to work with during our loan process. We received a full explanation of the steps that we had to go through and what services she provided. We felt comfortable to call when we had questions and got complete answers. Kevin was just fantastic the whole time we worked together. I got in contact with Kevin about mid way into the 2018 calendar year and didn’t end up closing until February of 2019. Not to his fault it was because of my current work situation! He stuck by the side the whole time and we came out on top at the end.
