Josh aided my wife and I in purchasing our dream home. Besides getting us a killer interest rate, he was honest, patient and forthcoming. He was proactive by ensuring that we had everything completed far in advance of the closing date. When our purchase was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with the buyer of our home, Josh ensured that we locked in our rate and were not penalized for something beyond our control.
