Highly recommend. I initially had no intentions of using this mortgage group— however a friend of mine insisted I compare their rates. After getting a rate quote from a local bank I checked out rates at this firm which beat out others rate by almost 1%. That’s a lot considering our rate is under 3%. Simple process. Easy. All online. Carrie answered any and all questions day or night, and made sure I had everything I needed even if it was after hours. On top of that she got a me a great opportunity with the VHDA loan, and sent supportive gifts along the way. Everything was customized and more than I could ever expect from a lender.

Allison and the entire A-team was incredible. They provided updates throughout each step and was available to answer my silly questions along the way. Allison explained the process thoroughly and sometimes more than twice ;). They were also able to close a week earlier than originally scheduled.
