Rob was the best! Prompt responses, caring and knowledgeable. Going into this 2nd home loan, I had just had a terrible experience with another lender on a refinance and was super stressed about everything. Kelly is very sweet and patient and helped me with our refinancing! I had endless questions since my house was bought by my husband before, and I had never been through the process myself. She didn’t pass judgement on my not so great credit and as a matter of fact reassured me that it is more common than not and to not beat myself up over it, and I believe she got us an amazing deal of 2% lower than we were currently paying!
