Laura and her team were responsive and gave me great advice on different options that would and would not work for me. Once I agreed to move forward, the process was smooth and easy. They did not try to kill me in the closing cost as some other’s companies who advertise low rates did. I got a great rate, reasonable closing cost and am saving thousands of dollars now!

Marcie and her team made our refinance simple, painless, and stress-free. They were prompt responding to all of our questions/concerns and kept us up-to-date during the entire process. Working with Kevin at Atlantic Bay Mortgage has been great! He is such a pleasure to work with! He is easy to get a hold of and returns phone calls and emails very quickly--even on weekends! Anyone interested in buying a home this should be your first call!! He will tell you everything you need to do from step one and work with you the entire process. I have bought three homes and each time my first call is to Keith! He has everything you need! Makes it so simple! Call him for a refinance help so open and honest if you aren’t getting the best deal he will tell you, might not always be the right time.

This was the second time Keith has help me complete my VA refinance. I had some issues with the VA appraisal, with his efforts and support team, they was able to get me a higher home appraisal. Keith was always willing to answer any questions I asked and if not, he would find it the best possible answer. As Keith being a Navy Veteran himself, has brought his years of skills set with him.
