Eric went above and beyond for me in this loan process. He talked me through everything and answered all of my questions in a way I actually understood. He was straight forward and didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver on. His team was thorough and worked seriois miracles. Keith displayed great customer service and was patient when I would ask him to walk me through specific questions concerning loan options sometimes more than once. He was also very willing to work around my work schedule and easy to get a hold of. I also greatly appreciated when he was unavailable he was upfront about scheduling issues and would try to schedule something that was convenient for me.
Tanja was there every step of the way during our mortgage process. She was extremely helpful in assisting us with questions and concerns we had. She made the entire process smooth and stress free.
