Dwayne and his team were amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There were many complications along the way and Dwayne always found an answer for each and every problem. We had to push up the closing by almost 3 weeks and as difficult as that was he made it happen. There is nothing more we could have asked of Dwayne. If the opportunity to use him agin arises, we would in a second with no hesitation.
When we were looking at a construction loan, I was overwhelmed. I called multiple lenders and some never returned my call. I vented my frustration on social media and a friend gave me Brandon’s information. He called me back immediately and also didn’t pressure me in to anything. Grant Barker was FANTASTIC!!!! I was going through a separation and had to rely on my soon to be ex husband and his lawyer to deal with separation paperwork. I thought my closing would have to be delayed. It really came down to the wire but Grant worked with me every step of the way. He was super supportive and worked with me as I closed ON TIME!! I highly recommend him. I am now happily living in my new home!
