Eric is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s so important to have a lender that will communicate with you and follow through. Eric communicated at each step along the way. I’m a type-A personality and he impressed me, which is saying a lot. He goes above and beyond to listen to you and get the loan arrangement that’s going to work the best for you. Where do I start! I had been loan shopping with Keith at Atlantic Bay and 3 other well known and reputable lenders in the Hampton Roads area.
