Alan was recommended by my realtor and I have thanked my realtor many times for that. Alan got the pre-approval letter completed and sent in on a Saturday afternoon with very little notice. He communicated with me via email, text, and by phone numerous times. Once I supplied the documents he asked for, it was smooth sailing for me until the closing. My only problem was trying to arrange a move as quick as he could close the loan. I have recommended him to everyone I know. Absolute pleasure to work with.
