I'm so happy for you. Enjoy your new home. Many of the closing costs are out of our control such as attorney fees, title insurance and taxes/insurance escrows. We try to estimate as close as possible upfront and update once all the final costs are determined.
I was dreading getting all this paperwork together Eric made it easy and seamless. I had 3 weeks to close on this house which was not a problem working with Eric Moser he requested a rush on my loan and gave me updates weekly on my loan status. Anytime I had a question Eric was very quick to give me the answers I needed. I also got a pricing exception to ensure that I received a low interest rate. Dwayne has a great personality, and is able to work miracles. When I first came to him my credit score was near 565. He gave me a gameplan and in approx 4 months my credit score was approx 640. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and competent. He was instrumental in helping my family aquire there "Drean Home". I highly reccomend his assistance to anyone.
For me being a first time home buyer, Eric was tremendously helpful throughout the loan process. Eric explained everything fully and educated me on the ins and outs of a home mortgage. Eric was prompt and kept an open line of communication, whenever I had any questions. We were able to close on November 1st, as originally planned, which was fantastic.
