Pete was able to make this a very smooth experience. I started out being stressed about the whole process because I didn't know what to expect but he turned that all around. He kept me informed and followed up with me on everything. But above all else, I would recommend Pete because I trust Him. Because of that, I'd recommend him to any friend or family member. Because of that, I'd go back to him every time if I bought a hundred more homes. It was that trust that made this the smooth experience that it was.
