Lower rate on my refinance of my home, no brainier!! The rate has come down and Janie told me it was a good time to refinance my loan, took 15 years off my loan and lower the payment $120 less a month. Thanks for saving me all that money and time!
Janie did a awesome job for us, she knows all the loan programs and found one that would work for us, she found a low rate and told us somethings that we could do to help build our credit up. This is my fourth home purchase and in all three prior purchases, we found the mortgage process to be long, daunting, and complicated.
