Ben helped me tremendously through the process of buying my first home. He gave me estimates in minutes to help me figure my potential loan prices. He also was always available to ask questions and I had a lot. He even went to closing with me and gave very useful advice. If you are looking for a lender in Charlotte look no further!

Linda really knocked it out of the park for us. We started with a tight 30 day closing time-frame for our USDA, which was then complicated by the seller. She managed to get everything done and in-line and enabled us to close. She was flexible with contacting me via phone (I don't use email) and was more than willing to sit and explain the ins-and-outs of the loan. Her patience with me was limitless, and I so appreciate her work.
