Linda went above and beyond. She took the time to listen and ask questions to understand my specific needs and how to get me into the best situation. She truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them. She is knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. When another Mortgage Company called a week before closing and said my family would not be getting a home for Christmas or even at all, Ben and his team picked up the pieces and got the job done. In 7 days from our first conversation we received news of a "clear to close". They worked hard for my family and remained confident in what they could accomplish. Vanessa made this a very smooth process with the continued communication and updates throughout the transition. Even if I had a question late into an evening she was very prompt on returning my calls. Paperwork on the seller's end could've been expedited better but this was something not in our control

I have dealt with several mortgage brokers over the years. Some have been good yet others have been not so good. However, my recent experience with Ben Hawkins and the Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group has by far been my best experience to date with lenders. Ben was diligent in moving my loan through the process. He kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Ben Hawkins and the Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group.
