Mr. Scott was an excellent person to work with. He we was very thorough and eased my mind through the tedious loan process, especially with me being a first time home buyer. He went above and beyond to help me get the loan that I needed to purchase my house. I am so thankful for all of his help. Being a single mother and not making much I had to jump through a lot of hoops to prove all that I had to prove to get my loan and he as there every step of the way. Now matter what time I text him he responded promptly.

I was highly impressed with Ben's accessibility day and night - he always responded to my calls, texts and/or emails right away and explained things in detail. He proved me from the first time I emailed him that he was going to "have my back" through this entire process and he did. He knew we have a major crunch time and worked hard to get my home closed in 15 business days - that was just amazing!. Pete was very communicative. If anything came up, he told us exactly what was needed and provided the time to get it done right. He looked ahead to remove obstacles ahead of time instead of waiting for an issue to arise. Always very quick to respond and our loan terms were very competitive
