We are first time home buyers. My realtor suggested that we go through Michelle for our mortgage. We could not be happier with the way she worked with us. Dwayne was able to help us after another lender strung us along till we passed our closing date. With a new contract in hand Dwayne and ABMG were able to assure us it would be possible to get a loan. Thankfully, with much of the paperwork already completed, we were able to close on time! Dwayne kept us abreast of the situation the whole time with his great communication.
