After dealing with a previous lender with no sense of urgency we were referred to Charlie and the process was smooth from there on out! We had 2 previous closings on new homes in the past where the lenders had dropped the ball along the way somewhere and we had delayed closings. Charlie assured us this would not happen and he delivered. Definitely will be referring him to all pf our friends!

Working with Mike was great. As a first time home buyer there was a huge learning curve that Mike had no problem helping me with. He is also great about following up on everything - even if that means he works until the late hours of the night.

We knew absolutely nothing about mortgages, but he helped us through every step of the way and found the best possible options for us. Keith and Christine were exceptionally helpful throughout the mortgage process. Choosing a lender wound up being the most challenging part of my home-buying experience. After a hard fought battle, Keith came in just under his competition and worked with me as I lined up the remaining ins and outs of financing. He and his team were flexible when I changed my mind about providing a down payment. I had a surprisingly stress free experience working with Keith and would highly recommend his services.

Kristi was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with-- when my husband and I had questions she answered the phone/email and got us the answers promptly no matter the hour of the day, which made us feel so secure during a potential stressful experience!
