Navigating through the unfamiliar territory that comes with buying a home for most of us can be nerve wracking. Ben's knowledge and patience offered us a sense of relief which greatly reduced our stress level. Ben was always prepared for each stage of the process and very responsive when we had questions. Absolutely love Stacy and her team! They were very helpful in getting me into my new home! Highly recommend. They helped from pre-approval to closing the loan and helping me find the right insurance companies to get me the best quotes from homeowners and flood insurance and I closed on the date we chose with no problems and delays
I went through 5 mortgage brokers. A couple were really good and helpful, but Keith was heads and shoulders above the field. The education he gave me was above and beyond. And on top of that, only he and Atlantic Bay offered a rate none could compete and without points and $100 less to close with. Outstanding! Will keep his card on fridge for potential rental investing. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
Grant did a great job getting us through our mortgage process ! He was detail oriented, extremely patient and sincere. He worked hard on getting us a competitive APR for our loan. He called us on his off-day just because it was a good day to close on a loan. We were very happy with him and would recommend him
Mike is great, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. He kept me informed every step of the way. At times, I received more information from him than from the title company. Mike is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am very happy with the interest rate I received and with the advice he offered regarding my home search in communities with HOA and CDD fees.
Mike was extremely helpful throughout our home buying process. He always responded promptly and was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Mike, as he made our first home buying experience go as smooth as we could have hoped.
