Linda was a pleasure to work with on our recent home purchase in Asheville NC. She was always responsive, supportive when we encountered issues with the home during Due Diligence, and "on top" of everything. We knew she always had our back so we didn't worry at all about the loan process.

My entire experience with George Scott was seamless. He didn't miss a beat on anything during the process. Even when I started to become anxious at the very end, he was readily available for what seemed like a thousand questions I had. He walked me through the entire process step by step of what to expect. I made my offer on the 1st and closed on the 30th! It seemed like the longest 30 days of my life, but thanks to George and Atlantic Bay my dream of home ownership is now an amazing reality.

Linda is a consummate professional, and I recommend her service wholeheartedly. She is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage business, and kept me informed in ways that saved me money and stress. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and Grant made the mortgage process so easy for us. We had actually already spoken to a mortgage banker prior to meeting Grant, but after our first meeting we knew that we wanted him to be our banker. Linda is very knowledgeable and helpful. She will guide you through the loan process and if you have questions she cannot answer, she will find out the answer and respond quickly. I highly recommend Linda for mortgage related loans.

I can not say enough about Stacey and the team! They were wonderful!!! Robin and Rose answered all my questions and even when we hit an obstacle they were still on my side. Stacey explained the process and it went just as she said. Every time I spoke with them it was like talking to a friend. They were professional, responsive, and proactive! I recommend Stacey's team 100% any day!

I absolutely LOVE Stacey Seim and her team! They were extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Stacey was available to answer my questions via text, email, and phone with no problems. Atlantic Bay Mortgage, Team Seim was able to take our difficult situation and make it seem minor. They took our file in on short notice and turned it around for closing in 2 weeks! My husband and I are so grateful to Atlantic Bay, Team Seim, Stacey, and our realtor! We were able to give our kids the home they deserve.
