Wonderful. My family was displaced because another lender did not turn in our paperwork in time to close and we left that lender and work with Jane who stayed on top the paperwork and helped us secure a loan for our house
This was my husband's and my third time buying a house in the last 9 years. This was the first time we've gone with a local lender and you can really tell the difference!! Keith always went above and beyond what we ever could have expected out of a lender. If I could give him ten stars for availability, I would! George guided me through the entire process of purchasing a home from pre-qualification to closing. His patience, knowledgeand attention to detail made the process much less daunting than it often can be. I appreciated his thorough explanations of various requirements that to the layman can be frustrating. George stayed in contact with me and responded promptly to my many phone calls. He had provided the same quality of service to me a few years prior when I needed to refinance another property. He's the real deal.
