Keith was an excellent loan officer. He immediately responded to any questions I had and gave us all of the necessary paperwork to complete our application and home purchase. He explained every aspect of the home buying and numbers process thoroughly. He made the entire process stress free and took care of all of the paperwork. We would absolutely recommend Keith to anyone buying a home.
Shane is a true professional. He took his time to explain the loan process and made the whole experience stress free. It was easy to communicate with him. He promptly answered emails and answered his phone. He even came to my closing! I was very impressed with his knowledge and his patience, as I had many questions. He is also very kind and treated me with great respect. I would highly recommend his services.

It was a very good experience with carol. she took the time to answer all my questions. when my VA loan didn't come though she help me get approve for a VHA loan. she never stop trying to help me even when i was about to give up. i called her just about every day when i was in the process of buying my home and she didn't mind me worrying her. she was truly helpful to me and i will never forget how she made buying my first home less stressful
I used to believe there was not much difference between lenders other than interest rates and origination fees. Carol Millis and Atlantic Bay have changed my mind. Carol works hard for her clients. She puts them first even if it costs her more in the long run. Few people do this today. So grateful to have been referred to Carol.
Carol is awesome! She helped us secure our home loan. She obtained our approval before we even shopped around so we knew exactly what we could afford.She is very prompt and very easy to talk with. She is very through and knows the business of home loans. Carol is there for her clients and answers all questions . She prepares you for every step of the way.
