I can't recommend Keith enough!! I just happened to find him after a couple google searches and saw how many positive reviews he had and thought, I'll give him a try. He was so easy to work with, always made sure we knew what was going on, (we bought a house) and he always worked to make sure our loan was being pushed thru as fast as it could have been. If only there were a 6 star rating! Kieth has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I purchased and refinanced my home with him and he made the process seamless. I have also called him in the past for mortgage advice and he steered me in to the right direction and away from a possible mistake, even though he would have profited. I trust him to have my best interests in mind.
I had an excellent experience working with Michael, he is knowledgeable, responsive and took the time to explain anything that was not clear. I highly recommend using Michael Yates for your mortgage needs.
Jane went above and beyond to make the mortgage process easy. She was able to assist us along the way and provided us with advice on how to boost our credit score so that we would be able to purchase our dream home. We had more hurdles than the average buyer. With not so good credit and a baby on the way Jane was able to get us into a home.
Cara made purchasing our first home so much easier! She was walked us through every step of the way and if we had questions, all I had to do was text her and she was quick with a response! She even checked in with us to make sure that closing went smoothly.
Mike was pleasant, honest, and committed to our success throughout the entire loan process. We were given a maximum of 30 days to close on our loan and Mike easily handled the request. Our loan was underwritten and approved within about 21 days. He answered calls and emails immediately at all hours of the day and on the weekends. I highly recommend Mike Yates to anybody seeking a mortgage.
Jane was always pleasant and available to answer any questions we had. This was our first experience buying a home and if we ever decide to move, I will definitely give Jane a call. She was exceptional quick with replying to our e-mails or returning phone calls. She also made sure we fully understood ever document. I have already handed her card out to a few people.

Jason Bialek is an excellent Loan Officer, Id give him 10 stars for each category if possible. He asks for everything up front and knows how to communicate what is needed for a complete transaction.
