First off he was recommended by my mother...He was honest and understanding. We didn't get the run around, he gave it to us straight. Then when our situation with our builder seem to be an issue he went out of his way to assist us with every detail. Even if he couldn't answer it he found us someone to assist. I would highly recommend his service.

Mike helped us with our refinance and it was only about 20 days from application to closing. He was very helpful and easy to work with. By far, this was our most positive banking experience ever. I plan to recommend anyone I know that's looking to buy a home to Carrie. She is extremely helpful, professional, answers questions quickly and finds solutions to any problem that comes up. This was my fifth home purchase and easiest by far in regards to the lending process. Keith treated us like family and was there every step of the way. Keith was always available if we had questions. Nobody works harder than Charlie, he responds to questions as soon as you have one. No matter what form of communication you choose, phone, email, or text he always got me quick, and accurate responses. You often hear horror stories about how long, and painful the process of closing on a house can be, thanks to Charlie, I have no idea what these people are talking about. If everyone worked as hard as Charlie the world would be a much better place. Simply put, Charlie is the best. Look no further.
