We were unsuccessful in being approved for the same type of mortgage loan with a different loan company. After being informed of Keith Yeargin's excellent reputation, we decided to see if he could do more than the previous loan officer. I've worked with Keith for several years now on multiple mortgages. He has always helped us find the best options, whether it was for a new home or a refi. Keith has went out of his way over the years to make sure we were taken care of, which is greatly appreciated. His personal touch and follow through really separate him from the crowd.

Quick. Efficient. On time. Got my first mortgage handled when it was crunch time. Highly recommended. Keith got me the finance rate that I was looking for and at the time it was the best in the industry in comparison with other banks. I closed on my first home back in 2011. Everything went very smoothly. My home was purchased out of Wilmington North Carolina and Keith lives in Virginia. That didn't stop him from making the transaction happen.

I bought a house in Virginia Beach and, for the first time in my life, I needed a mortgage. Carrie explained the entire process and all associated costs and fees very well. Pre-approval came immediately, so I could place an offer for the house on time. Final approval followed suit without delays.
